Job summary

The Digital Asset Management Consortium, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Digital Asset Specialist for the Reckitt account in London. You will ensure campaign assets are uploaded to the DAM, reference toolkit data, and update the internal campaign portal, supporting global collaboration.

You'll work with cross‑functional teams, manage timelines against SLAs, deliver training, and drive process improvements to improve asset governance and efficiency across the DAM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and at least three years in marketing or creative technologies.
• Minimum three years in a client-facing agency or consulting role.
• Experience with digital asset management and campaign asset delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including asset ingestion and delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time asset delivery.
• Manage the Campaign toolkit on Smint.io and link assets for repurposing.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions to DAM upload process challenges.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and communicate blockers to stakeholders.
• Provide DAM training and client support.
