Job summary

Reckitt is seeking a Digital Asset Specialist to manage day-to-day DAM operations, asset ingestion, and campaign toolkit linkage on Smint.io. You will support stakeholders and agencies, ensuring timely asset delivery and SLA compliance.

You will troubleshoot the upload process, review metadata, and provide DAM training to client teams while collaborating with global partners and ensuring content quality for campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role; or equivalent background.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operations, including stakeholder/agency support and reporting.
  • Oversee asset delivery into the DAM system and flag delays with stakeholders.
  • Populate and manage Campaign toolkit on Smint.io, linking assets for repurposing.
  • Troubleshoot challenges in the campaign upload process.
  • Understand and operate against SLAs.
  • Provide DAM training and support to client teams.
  • Review metadata options to optimise search and user experience.
  • Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and align with goals.

Position

Digital Asset Specialist – Reckitt

Responsibilities
  • Perform day‑to‑day team operations, including stakeholder/agency support, content ingestion, linking, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of assets into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and flag potential delays or blockers with the correct stakeholders.
  • Populate and manage the Campaign toolkit on the Smint.io platform, linking assets for repurposing when they are made available.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to complexities within the campaign upload process and various other challenges.
  • Understand and work against SLAs.
  • Help create a productive and positive work environment.
  • Feedback product or workflow issues to help the leadership team find solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the client and their vendors.
  • Understand asset rights/usage/restrictions and compliance to ensure asset safety.
  • Regularly review the metadata options/fields in the DAM and provide feedback on possible changes that would optimise user and search experience.
Process Improvements
  • Execute against documented workflow and processes, while feeding back ideas for improvements.
  • Identify or support implementation of opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness.
Collaboration
  • Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to learn best practices, enhancing overall operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Be a strong team player with your direct team (internal to ICP and external) and global partners.
Client Facing Engagement
  • Where required, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agency stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Listen, learn, and adapt to changes in the business’s needs.
  • Attend client meetings, as required, to ensure knowledge of the business.
  • Provide DAM training and support to client team members.
Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies or related field, including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client‑facing agency or consulting role; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
