Data Analytics Manager - €100k + Benefits - Amsterdam (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
The Company
WeComm is working exclusively with a long-standing client, a global footwear and apparel business based in Amsterdam. They are experiencing significant growth, setting industry standards for quality and sustainable fashion. They are expanding their eCommerce team and seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to drive growth, efficiency, and customer engagement through digital performance insights.
The Role
This position requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution as you lead a team to promote data-informed decision making across eCommerce and marketplace platforms. You will collaborate with Digital, Marketing, IT, and Technology teams to enhance user experience and increase revenue by analyzing customer behavior, site performance, audience segmentation, and business metrics.
Responsibilities Include
- Leadership & Team Management: Develop a high-performing analytics team fostering a data-driven culture that influences decision making.
- Reporting: Design, build, and deploy BI solutions for stakeholders and improve current reporting methods.
- Digital & Web Analytics: Oversee website and customer journey analytics to improve digital performance.
- Marketplace & eCommerce Data Insights: Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales, channel attribution, and profitability.
- Data & Business Intelligence: Align web analytics with backend data to provide a comprehensive view of business performance. Work with regional and global BI teams to improve data infrastructure, dashboards, and automation.
The Person
The ideal candidate has a passion for data analytics, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical teams.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and tag management (GTM, Tealium)
- Experience working with marketplace data (Zalando, ASOS, Amazon, etc.)
