Job summary

Pulse Group is seeking a senior digital analytics owner to define tracking for new features and ensure reliable data across analytics platforms. You will partner with Product and Engineering to embed analytics into every release and establish scalable naming conventions and documentation.

You will tackle data quality issues, build robust tracking implementations, and enable the business to trust its data for critical decisions affecting millions of customer interactions daily.

• Experience working alongside software engineering teams in agile environments.
• Passionate about data quality, governance and scalable implementation processes.
• Ability to investigate data quality issues and solve tracking challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define tracking requirements for new digital features before they go live.
• Own QA, debugging and validating tracking across multiple analytics platforms.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed analytics into every release.
• Create scalable documentation, naming conventions and implementation standards.
• Investigate data quality issues and resolve tracking challenges before reporting is affected.
