Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Analytics Specialist to lead hands-on analytics tracking implementations and build robust analytics infrastructure for client engagements. You will configure tracking foundations, manage consent and server-side tagging, and ensure data quality across enterprise accounts.

The role requires deep technical proficiency, precise execution, and the ability to communicate complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in data implementation, analytics engineering, or tracking-focused roles.
• Experience with client-facing analytics deployments and QA.
• Proficiency in multiple analytics platforms and tagging methodologies.
• Strong written and spoken English and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy client analytics tracking across web and app properties.
• Implement and manage CMPs and privacy-compliant tracking.
• Develop and maintain data layer and event tracking specifications.
• Perform QA and data quality assurance to ensure reliable data.
• Prepare implementation runbooks and documentation for ongoing management.
• Collaborate with the DEV team on downstream data flows and BI mapping.
• Engage with clients in meetings to explain technical approaches.
