Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Digital Adoption Manager for the Sizewell C project, based at Orwell Logistics Park, Ipswich with hybrid working options. You will lead digital best practice, build capability across civil works teams, and work with Digital Engineering, Design and Information Management to embed a modern digital-by-default approach to construction delivery.

Qualifications

Experience leading digital adoption or transformation initiatives in construction, infrastructure or engineering.
Strong understanding of digital engineering, BIM and information management principles.
Experience developing digital training and knowledge management programmes.
Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive governance.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of digital best practice across the Civil Works Alliance.
Manage the Digital Knowledge Hub with up-to-date guidance and resources.
Collaborate with digital platform owners and vendors to optimise tool usage and processes.
Capture lessons learned and support knowledge transfer across teams.
Develop scalable training programmes and adoption strategies for capability growth.
Establish governance to measure digital tool adoption across projects.
Create case studies demonstrating value of digital innovation.
Promote modern digital working methods and continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor a team supporting digital adoption across the project.
