Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Digital Adoption Manager for the Sizewell C programme in Ipswich, hybrid working available. You will lead digital best practice adoption, develop knowledge resources and collaborate with engineering, information management and IT teams to drive digital transformation across a major infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital adoption within construction or engineering environments.
• Ability to develop digital training and knowledge management programmes.
• Strong governance and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital best practice adoption across the Civil Works Alliance.
• Manage the Digital Knowledge Hub with up-to-date materials and guidance.
• Collaborate with digital platforms, software vendors and project teams to optimise tools.
• Capture lessons learned and promote knowledge transfer across teams.
• Develop scalable training programmes and adoption strategies for the organisation.
• Establish governance to measure tool adoption across projects.
• Create case studies to demonstrate digital innovation benefits.
• Drive continuous improvement with Digital, Engineering and Information Management teams.
• Promote modern digital ways of working and digital transformation initiatives.
• Mentor a team supporting digital adoption across the project.
