Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is inviting applications for a Digital Adoption Manager – Digital Hub & Best Practice to join the Sizewell C programme, one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.

In this hybrid role you will lead digital best practice adoption across the Civil Works Alliance, develop training, governance and knowledge-sharing processes, and collaborate with Digital Engineering, Design and Information Management teams to drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital adoption, transformation or business improvement in construction or engineering.
• Ability to develop training, knowledge management and learning programmes.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and information management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of digital best practice across the civil works alliance.
• Manage the Digital Knowledge Hub with up-to-date training materials and resources.
• Collaborate with digital platform owners and vendors to optimise tool use.
• Capture lessons learned and promote knowledge transfer across teams.
• Develop scalable training programmes and governance for adoption measurement.
• Create case studies demonstrating value of digital innovation.
• Promote modern digital ways of working across the programme.
• Lead and mentor a team supporting digital adoption.
