Qualifications

We are looking for a results-focused, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Digital Acquisition Manager to join the central marketing team at The Citation Group.

Working within a team of digital delivery specialists, you will own and drive forward the PPC strategy and support the Acquisition and Experience Leads with the creation and delivery of the overall digital strategy.

You will have experience in managing large budgets, working with senior stakeholders, and possess a detailed understanding of digital marketing analytics and what the numbers mean to a business.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing team and will have the opportunity to work across multiple brands and be part of a business set to triple in size over the next three years.

  • Support the development and implementation of the digital strategy
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple brands to generate leads and meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and acquisition teams to deliver engaging online content
  • Review analytics and produce reports to analyze with the Digital Lead
  • Work with the SEO/digital experience team to maximize synergies
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Dev agencies to optimize campaigns
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track success and inform strategy adjustments
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to explore online opportunities
  • Understand the full sales cycle and the role of PPC leads within it
  • Interpret complex reports to identify trends and insights
  • Stay updated on PPC and SEM trends

About you

  • Experience in PPC & Paid Social within digital marketing or agency environments
  • Proven track record in lead generation and conversion using digital tools
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing analytics
  • Understanding of e-commerce and digital P&L
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial insight
  • Data-driven approach to marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with agencies
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with CMS applications
  • HTML knowledge is a plus but not required
