About the role

We seek a Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manager to lead media spend optimization and customer growth strategies for our consumer-facing products. The ideal candidate thrives on data-driven decision-making, possesses deep technical expertise in performance marketing, and can execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  2. Drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns, continuously refining strategies to maximize ROI.
  3. Manage media spend efficiently to ensure cost-effective conversions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, creative, operations) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  5. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization techniques to enhance performance.
  7. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and growth hacking.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with hands-on experience in ad platforms, tracking tools, and attribution models.
  • Proven ability to manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
