Job summary

ADLIB, a dynamic marketing agency in Oxford, is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join its growing team. You’ll manage a mix of digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social and more, building strong client relationships and driving account growth.

You’ll coordinate strategists and delivery teams, turn strategies into plans, lead client meetings, and ensure projects run on time and within scope. The role rewards initiative and a proactive approach to keeping work moving.

Qualifications

• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts and digital projects.
• Strong project management skills, including deadlines, budgets and priorities.
• Experience building and managing client relationships.
• Confident leading client meetings and communicating progress.
• A broad understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and social.
• Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• A proactive approach to managing actions, solving problems and keeping work moving.
• Experience supporting account growth, proposals or pitches would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day running of assigned accounts and campaigns.
