Qualifications

Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Hybrid work environment – 2 days a week in the office, 3 days remote (even in your PJs… we won’t judge).

About You:

You’re a strategist, a multitasker, and a digital detective. You thrive on transforming client goals into high-performing media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. Fluent in CPC and ROAS, you are client-loved, performance-driven, and deadline-oriented.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

  • Managing client relationships, understanding their goals, and executing plans with a positive attitude.
  • Planning and running cross-channel paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborating with in-house specialists to enhance performance and innovation.
  • Creating reports and insights from performance data.
  • Keeping projects on schedule and clients satisfied.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Participating in campaign launches, reviews, and ongoing activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in digital media or client services, agency experience preferred but not required if you’re exceptional.
  • Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • Strong digital planning and reporting skills.
  • A passion for performance marketing, client service, and a bit of organized chaos.
  • Positive attitude, keen eye for detail, and multitasking skills.
