Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Hybrid working – 2 days a week in the office, 3 days remote.

About You:

You’re strategic, organized, and passionate about turning client goals into successful media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. You understand CPC and ROAS, and excel in client communication, performance marketing, and managing multiple projects efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage client relationships, understand their goals, and deliver results with a positive attitude.
  • Plan and execute cross-channel paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with in-house specialists to optimize performance and innovate.
  • Create clear reports and insights from performance data.
  • Keep projects on track and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Participate in campaign planning, reviews, and ongoing management.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in digital media or client services, agency experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • Strong digital planning and reporting skills.
  • Passion for performance marketing and client success.
  • Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
  • Personality and creativity are a plus.
