Qualifications

• Seven+ years in digital communications leadership.
• Proven record leading organic and paid campaigns.
• Hands-on planning with LinkedIn, Meta and Google.
• Experience with influencer strategy and activation.
• Strong written, presentation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audience-led digital strategies across channels.
• Advise on optimal use of digital assets and channels.
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across owned, earned, paid.
• Oversee social, websites, and online platforms with quality.
• Develop paid media strategies on LinkedIn, Meta and Google.
• Lead GEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Counsel on AI use in communications.
• Manage digital elements of crises and rapid responses.
• Support new business pitches with digital insights.
• Share knowledge to build Portland’s capabilities.
