Job summary

TEAM LEWIS is seeking an Account Director – Digital in London to lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from website builds to ongoing digital programmes. You will take briefs, shape strategy, and work closely with UX/UI designers to present solutions back to clients.

You’ll be hands-on with project delivery and client relationships, using analytics to tell performance stories and drive ROI. This delivery-focused role emphasizes collaboration with the UK team and proactive client

Qualifications

• Background in communications, digital, advertising or marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience delivering website projects end-to-end.
• Not from a commercial/ecommerce background; corporate/B2B project experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including website builds, from brief to launch.
• Translate client briefs for UX/UI designers and consult throughout the build.
• Present strategic and creative recommendations to clients with confidence.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure excellent service.
• Plan, implement and maintain digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Use analytics to measure performance and demonstrate ROI across channels.
• Monitor and report on account KPIs and ensure on-budget delivery.
• Manage resourcing and staffing to keep projects on schedule.
• Address client dissatisfaction promptly and strengthen relationships.
• Support new business by turning leads into opportunities.
• Ensure financial and operating processes and procedures are executed.
• Collaborate with the UK team as a supportive member.
