Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Trim Operator to support the die casting team on first shift. You will operate the trim press, perform quality checks, and collaborate with teammates to meet production timelines.

Base salaries are established based on skills and experience, with future possibilities for a second shift. This role requires attention to safety and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate professionally with staff at all levels.
• Ability to read, listen, analyze and interpret general business paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Capability to use hands to handle tools and equipment; manual dexterity.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate trim press machine.
• Trim, inspect, and pack castings according to procedures and work instructions.
• Read and follow documented work instructions daily.
• Enter production counts into Guardian ERP system.
• Complete production-related documentation accurately (P-Charts, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Adhere to safety, conduction, and manufacturing policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
