Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Metal Hauler for the Allenton facility. The role involves transporting metal and related materials to supply the foundry with molten metal, operating a forklift, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

The position is on the first shift (7am-3pm or 6am-2pm). Base salaries are determined by skills, experience, and market considerations. No relocation offered; local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Ability to read, listen, analyze and interpret general business paperwork.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Transport molten aluminum and materials between furnaces to maintain continuous production.
• Move containers to and from die-cast machines as directed.
• Operate spectrometer and maintain furnaces and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks and keep work area clean and safe.
• Follow safety, quality, and company policies.
