Operose Health is recruiting a GP for Oak Tree Health Centre in Didcot to provide high-quality clinical care and collaborate with local practice teams. The role offers scope to contribute to ongoing clinical governance and patient-centered care.

We provide a competitive package up to £112,500 depending on experience, plus £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs, full indemnity cover, leave and study opportunities, plus visa support where required.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list with regular clinical work.
• GP accreditation via MRCGP or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-focused services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to GP patients and support the surgery's operational plan.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits and quality outcomes.
