Job summary

Operose Health is recruiting a GP to deliver high-quality primary care at scale at The Loxford Practice in Ilford. The role focuses on clinical care delivery, governance, and the use of triage and appointment systems to meet patient needs.

You will work with clinical leads to guide service delivery and improvement. The ideal candidate holds GMC registration with the NHS performers list, GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent), and demonstrates a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and active NHS Performers List status.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
• Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services.
• Strong knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs.
• Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to registered patients and support the clinical leads.
• Contribute to clinical governance and audit to improve health outcomes and QOF performance.
• Provide clinical care per the job plan, including in-person, video, phone triage, and medication reviews.
• Adhere to GMC standards and place patient care first.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop and review the surgery action plan.
