Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is collaborating with a leading UK healthcare provider to hire a Deputy Clinic Manager for a dialysis clinic in the North of Wales. The role covers day-to-day operations, patient experience, and governance in a state-of-the-art setting.

You must be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin and prior outpatient haemodialysis leadership. The position offers a permanent, full-time schedule Monday–Saturday with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified RN with active NMC pin and leadership experience in outpatient haemodialysis.
• Experience in clinical governance and patient safety is desirable.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Deputize in operations management of the clinic.
• Ensure a seamless patient journey and inviting environment across touch points.
• Implement quality improvements and drive clinic processes.
• Onboard new teammates with the wider team.
• Build relationships with patients and handle complaints.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, governance and regulatory systems.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports.
