Perfect Placement is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician for a reputable, family-run garage specialising in BMW and Mini vehicles. Join a well-established team offering ongoing professional development and strong support.

The role covers conducting routine servicing, diagnosing faults, and performing complex repairs using BMW ISTA and Autologic tools. Training in hybrid/electric systems and MOT licensing support are provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and optional overtime on

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / AVCE or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as Vehicle Technician in a workshop.
• BMW ISTA system knowledge preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own toolkit suitable for repairs and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of modern vehicle systems and tech.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and accurately.
• Use BMW ISTA diagnostics systems and Autologic equipment.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and test drives.

This Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join a well-established team committed to quality service and ongoing professional development.

Duties of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
