Job summary

Motorvogue is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join our Northampton team. The role covers diagnostics, car repairs and servicing, with a strong emphasis on delivering an excellent customer experience and identifying up-selling opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold Level 3 qualification with at least 2 years in the motor industry, preferably Stellantis or VW trained; MoT tester is a bonus. We offer a competitive salary (£31,000-£36,000), a £40k OTE bonus, and a four-day week on rota

• Level 3 qualification with at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally with Stellantis or VW brand main dealer experience.
• MoT Tester would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads.
• A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example.

DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN (Northampton)

Motorvogue are a forward-thinking company working with the following brands across 6 locations: Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroen, Peugeot and Omoda & Jaecoo. With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, Norwich, and Bury St Edmunds. Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024. We continue to grow and develop moving forward.

We are looking for an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join us. Ideally you will be Stellantis or VW Trained, but we will consider non-brand trained applicants. Interested?

About You

• Level 3 qualification with at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally with Stellantis or VW brand main dealer experience.

Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays paid as overtime).

Remuneration And Benefits

• Industry leading salary of £31,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
