Stellantis &You UK in Romford is seeking a Diagnostic Technician to diagnose complex vehicle systems and perform routine service and repairs at our Romford dealership.

Qualifications

• Diagnose complex vehicle systems and perform routine service and repairs.
• Demonstrate ability to achieve a first time fix to delight customers.
• Collaborate with workshop supervision and coach colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex systems across the full vehicle range.
• Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight issues and opportunities.
• Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work and EV considerations.
• Assist and coach colleagues with technical assistance.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and complete MOTs per DVSA standards.

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician with a knack for diagnostics, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive to work on Stellantis brand products as a key member of our successful aftersales team. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification,

at a minimum.
