Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd are seeking a Fully Qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician for an independent garage in Welling. You will diagnose faults, service and repair a variety of vehicles, and perform MOT testing.

Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, hold a valid UK driving licence, provide their own tools, and take pride in accurate paperwork and high standards. Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am–5:30pm, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Current UK Driving Licence.
• Own tools and dedication to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Perform diagnostic testing to identify faults.
• MOT testing and certificate issuance.
• Ensure paperwork is completed to the highest standards.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Mechanic within a well-respected Independent Garage, located in Welling.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties

• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• MOT Testing
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements

• A Fully Qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
• Dedicated and committed approach.

The salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic.

Hours of work in this Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm – no weekend working!
