Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• MOT Tester qualification is desirable but can be obtained through the employer if not already held.
• Experience with electrical diagnostics and tools such as Autel, Autologic, VIDA, or ODIS.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced diagnostics and fault finding on a wide range of vehicles, including prestige models.
• Perform mechanical repairs and routine servicing to manufacturer standards.
• Identify and resolve intermittent faults requiring detailed diagnostic work.
• Support engine rebuilds, timing chain repairs, and software updates using OEM tools and parts.
• Maintain high standards of repair quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the workshop with technical advice and documentation as needed.

• Salary up to £55,000 dependent on experience
• Bonus exceeding £6,000 annually, on top of basic salary
• Estimated total earning of approximately £55,000, based on core hours and performance
• Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Optional Saturday overtime (1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:00pm), contributing towards monthly bonus
