Job summary

Evans Halshaw/Lithia UK is seeking a Ford Technician to join our team at Old Trafford Ford. The role offers a flexible 4‑day working week and a choice of a 40 or 42.5 hour week, with basic salary between £41,110 and £42,371 and OTE from £45,340 to £46,601.

A £2,000 joining bonus is available, plus excellent training and progression opportunities. We provide generous holiday, pension, life assurance and various discounts.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to repair and maintain customer vehicles to high standards.
• Experience with workshop systems and equipment.

FLEXIBLE 4 DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE - This can be discussed at interview stage, as well as the option of a 40 or 42.5 hour working week

• Basic Salary from £41,110 up to £42,371 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £45,340 up to £46,601, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
