Job summary

Evans Halshaw Ford Kingston is seeking a Ford Technician to join our workshop. You will receive a joining bonus of £2,000 and have the option of a 4-day working week and a choice of 40 or 42.5 hours per week.

Basic salary ranges £39,289–£41,945 with OTE £42,889–£45,545 and uncapped earning potential. We offer 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance and extensive manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience performing repairs and maintenance to high standards.
• Commitment to safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Familiar with workshop systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance to high quality standards.
• Work safely in the workshop and service customer vehicles.

FLEXIBLE 4 DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE - This can be discussed at interview stage, as well as the option of a 40 or 42.5 hour working week

Why Evans Halshaw:

• Basic Salary from £39,289 up to £41,945 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £42,889 up to £45,545, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
