Job summary

IT Works Health LTD is seeking a Technical Implementation & Support Specialist to support customers across the full lifecycle of diagnostic laboratory solutions. The role combines IT and medical diagnostics expertise, working with both hardware and software in a highly customer-facing capacity.

You will install, configure and implement laboratory technology, provide remote and on-site support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT troubleshooting and remote support in clinical/laboratory settings.
• Ability to install and configure hardware and software for diagnostic systems.
• Knowledge of data protection and information security principles.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the full lifecycle of diagnostic technology solutions.
• Design, install, configure and implement solutions across hardware and software.
• Provide remote and on-site technical and application support.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking and system issues.
• Coordinate activities across technical, commercial, clinical and customer teams.
• Produce technical and scientific documentation for projects.
