Job summary

Workplace Doctors is seeking a radiographer to provide high-standard imaging across general radiography, theatre, mobile and fluoroscopy. You will participate in rota coverage on the main Clinic site and gain training in the angiography suite after which you may assist in interventional procedures under supervision.

Candidates should hold a BSc in Radiography with HCPC registration and have at least 12 months experience in diverse imaging modes.

Qualifications

• Hold a BSc in Radiography or equivalent and HCPC registration.
• Minimum 12 months experience in general, theatre and mobile imaging and fluoroscopy.
• Familiar with PACS, RIS and HIS systems.
• Knowledge of Interventional Radiology, CT and MRI scanning; Mammography/Breast imaging is desirable.
• Understanding radiation protection, infection control and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide imaging procedures to a high standard according to department protocols.
• Participate in rota covering radiology services on main Clinic site.
• Adhere to CPD and maintain HCPC registration and professional conduct.
• Support angiography suite training and assist in interventional procedures.
