Circle Health Group Lincoln Private Hospital is recruiting a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant to join the Imaging department on a bank basis. You will assist in patient-centred imaging services, provide support during busy periods and cover for staff on leave as required.

You will work under a Registered Practitioner, ensuring professional conduct and safety standards are maintained while delivering high-quality care and helping to improve patient experience across shifts.

Competenze

• Experience in Imaging or Healthcare Assistant roles.
• Care Certificate.
• Maths and English GCSE at grades A–C or equivalent.

Diagnostic Imaging Assistant (Bank) Lincoln Private Hospital Bank Shifts Salary: £12.71per hour

We have an opportunity for a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant to join their team of staff in the Imaging department.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties

• You work as an integral part of the imaging team, providing a high standard of patient-centred care, meeting the needs of patients, consultants and colleagues.
• You work within the multi-disciplinary team to deliver care, maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users under the supervision of a Registered Practitioner.
• You conduct yourself professionally within the HCA/ Imaging Assistants standard framework, understanding the standards in accordance with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) Codes of professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• You demonstrate competence in the role of Imaging Assistant within the scope of your working areas.
• You work alongside multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and high-quality care provision for patients.
• You comply with all relevant mandatory training.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Imaging or Healthcare Assistant role.
• Experience of customer care, including interacting with customers in challenging situations.
• Care Certificate.
• NVQ Level 1 and/or be willing to work towards NVQ Level 2 (Healthcare specific) or equivalent.
• Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 (Healthcare specific) or equivalent.
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
