Job summary

Join a market-leading organization in the Healthcare space as a Territory Manager. You will engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to drive awareness and uptake of diabetes products, while leveraging your sales experience to maximize product sales across territory. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, particularly in diabetes.

Qualifications

  • Existing pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience within Diabetes.
  • Ability to engage with and influence customers.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with KOLs and HCPs to drive product advocacy.
  • Deliver business plans to increase product sales.
  • Provide education and product training to HCPs and patients.

The Territory Manager will be expected to:

  • Engage with KOLs, HCPs and key decisionmakers within the target health boards to drive product advocacy and uptake across territory.
  • Deliver account/business plans to further increase product sales.
  • Maximise formulary status/pull-through and implement patient pathways.
  • Provide education and product training to HCPs and patients, further driving awareness of the product range.

Please note that you must live on territory to be considered for this role.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Existing pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience within Diabetes.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to confidently engage with, and influence, customers.
  • Time management and account planning ability.
  • Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
