Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time diabetes support role based across Somerset. The post is for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday with days to be agreed.
You will work within the multidisciplinary diabetes team providing support for people with Diabetes across the region. Experience of working in a care setting would be advantageous, but all necessary skills training, professional updates and mandatory training will be provided.
