Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a DFT Engineer for the Silicon team to define and implement DFT architecture and features for next‑generation AI designs targeted at data centre applications.

You will develop DFT flows and methodologies and support verification across test vectors, coverage, scan testing and ATPG, working closely with design, verification, physical design and product engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong DFT knowledge including JTAG, IJTAG, Core Test, SSN, test compression and OCC.
• Experience developing DFT specifications, defining architecture and driving DFT implementation and verification.
• Strong scripting and debugging skills using Python, TCL, Perl or Shell, with experience developing DFT flows and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement DFT architecture and features for next‑gen AI designs.
• Develop DFT flows and methodologies and support verification.
• Collaborate with design, verification, physical design and product engineering teams.
• Support silicon bring‑up, identify silicon failures and improve yield learning.
