Graphcore is a leading AI compute company that designs hardware, software and systems for AI workloads. The DFT Engineer role is in the Silicon team and focuses on defining DFT architecture, developing flows and supporting verification for data centre AI hardware.

The team emphasizes learning, collaboration, and ongoing training, with opportunities to work across Bristol, Cambridge or London and to participate in in-person team activities and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong DFT knowledge including JTAG, IJTAG, Core Test, SSN, test compression and OCC.
• Experience developing DFT specifications, defining architecture and driving DFT implementation and verification.
• Strong understanding of scan-based testing, ATPG and gate-level simulation, with tools such as VCS and Verdi.
• Hands-on Verilog RTL experience, familiarity with SystemVerilog, and experience with simulation, debugging, synthesis or STA.
• Strong scripting and debugging skills using Python, TCL, Perl or Shell, with experience developing DFT flows and methodologies.

• Define and implement DFT architecture and features for next-generation AI designs.
• Develop DFT flows and methodologies and support verification.
• Support silicon bring-up and identify silicon failures to improve yield.
