Halian is seeking a hands-on DevOps Support Manager to lead a small technical support team within a growing SaaS business in Reading, UK. You will own major incident management, act as escalation point for critical issues, and collaborate with engineering to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

You will stay hands-on with troubleshooting, coordinate outages, and drive continuous improvement across support operations while ensuring reliability and a great customer experience.

Formación

• Experience leading a technical support, operations or DevOps team.
• Strong experience managing major incidents and high‑priority escalations.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience supporting cloud‑based or SaaS platforms.
• Good understanding of Linux environments.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and modern operational tooling is beneficial.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of support engineers.
• Own major incident management and serve as the escalation point for critical issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during outages and service disruptions.
• Remain hands‑on with troubleshooting, investigation and root cause analysis.
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement across support operations.
• Work closely with DevOps and Engineering teams to improve reliability and customer experience.
