DevOps Engineer — Cloud, CI/CD & Security Automation

Job summary

Luxoft collaborates with a leading financial services organisation to enable resilient, automated software delivery in a regulated, low-latency environment. The role covers building CI/CD pipelines, deploying in Docker/Kubernetes, and driving security across pipelines.

The project includes on-prem assets with a strategic move toward AWS. We seek energetic engineers with strong Linux, scripting, and automation skills, plus cloud migration experience and DevSecOps practices to enhance resilience

Qualifications

• Expert-level RHEL administration and Linux troubleshooting background.
• Strong Python and Bash scripting skills.
• Experience automating infrastructure, deployments and processes.
• Proven CI/CD design, implementation and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Git and Ansible.
• AWS cloud and cloud migration experience; Docker and Kubernetes.
• DevSecOps practices and security-focused engineering.
• Vault or equivalent secrets management platform experience.
• DataDog or similar monitoring/observability tools.
• Oracle/relational database support and networking fundamentals.
• Capital Markets or financial services industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines for secure software delivery.
• Deploy and manage applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across infra and delivery pipelines.
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Manage secrets, privileged access and artifact repositories.
• Support infrastructure hardening, platform modernization and cloud migrations.
