Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical team lead or senior engineer in DevOps, automation, and software development (<140 chars).
• Experienced full stack developer with Java/JVM and TypeScript (5+ years).
• Extensive CI/CD experience including SLI/SLOs, error budgets and governance.
• Automation emphasis with GitHub Actions, Terraform Enterprise (TFE) and scripting (Ansible or similar).
• Experience with orchestration tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins; Cloud-ready tools like ArgoCD and Tekton is a plus.
• Cloud expertise (Kubernetes and/or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Build secure and reusable CICD components with provenance and governance over SDLC.
• Integrate with existing developer tooling to gather information and automate.
• Ensure high standards in security and supply chain integrity per standards like NIST/SLSA.
• Engage with customers to capture requirements and understand diverse software delivery models.
• Develop supporting materials (software, training, workshops) to drive adoption.
• Measure success through data-driven feedback and continuous improvement.
