Cognisant is seeking a Technical Manager for a private SME developer. You will take ownership of schemes from early stages, working across planning, design, infrastructure and delivery to drive successful outcomes.

The role covers technical input across residential and mixed-use schemes, coordinating engineering, highways, drainage and utilities, and managing external consultants through planning and pre-construction.

• Engineering background with experience in infrastructure, highways and drainage.
• Experience delivering technical input across residential and mixed-use schemes.
• Ability to manage external consultants and coordinate across planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing technical input across residential and mixed-use schemes
• Coordinating engineering, highways, drainage and utilities
• Managing external consultants and technical information
• Supporting sites through planning and pre-construction
• Reviewing technical constraints and identifying solutions early
• Working closely with Land, Planning and Development teams
• Supporting the technical delivery of strategic land opportunities
