Job summary

Cognisant is supporting a major UK developer by appointing a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, procurement and delivery of significant infrastructure works within a large-scale mixed-use master development in London and the South East.

Reporting to the senior infrastructure leadership, you will own major workstreams across highways, utilities and civils, coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities through the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets and cashflows on large programmes.
• Proficiency with NEC and/or JCT contractual frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead major infrastructure workstreams from inception to completion.
• Develop project scopes, programmes, budgets and delivery strategies.
• Procure and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Support contractor procurement, tendering and contract administration.
• Manage planning requirements, technical approvals and statutory agreements.
• Monitor programme, budget, risk, change and project performance.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on procurement strategy and value engineering.
• Provide progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
