Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Development/Project Manager to support delivery across its live projects from its Old Street offices. The role spans multiple workstreams with exposure to planning, tracking and reporting, and requires travel across the UK and occasional overseas trips.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years' client-side construction project management experience in super-prime residential, luxury hotels, commercial, or heritage/listed buildings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in construction client-side project management.
• Experience in super prime residential, luxury hotels or heritage and listed buildings.
• Able to work autonomously within a creative, non-corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, maintain trackers and registers; report risks and actions.
• Prepare client- and internal-facing documents; assist invoicing and contracts management.
• Coordinate and chair site visits UK-wide with suppliers, subcontractors, and client teams.
