Job summary

Ascension, a super prime boutique development company, is seeking a Development/Project Manager to support delivery across its live project portfolio. The role sits centrally, exposing you early to how multiple workstreams are planned, tracked, and reported.

Based in their modern Old Street offices, you will attend stakeholder meetings across projects with UK travel and occasional overseas trips; a driving license and passport are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in construction client-side project management.
• Experience with super prime residential, luxury hotels, or commercial/heritage projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, track, and report project status, risks, and actions; flag delays to the DM.
• Prepare client and internal documents—reports, minutes, and progress updates; assist procurement administration (invoicing, contracts).
• Coordinate and chair site visits across the portfolio, with UK travel and occasional international trips.
