Development Manager (Trusts & Foundations)

This role is integral to engaging transformational funders and institutions to support the MQ cause. Key responsibilities include:

• Seeking out, qualifying, and securing new foundations to build a sustainable high-value donor and sponsorship pipeline.
• Managing a pool of foundations, focusing on maximising their support and finding new opportunities for involvement.
• Collaborating with MQ trustees and senior volunteers to leverage networks and maximise existing opportunities, including the Lord Mayor’s Appeal.
• Developing new fundraising proposals for priority projects and potential research partnerships with other institutions.
• Conducting targeted research to identify high-value prospects using networks, databases, search engines, and referrals.
