Job summary

Oxford Song is seeking a Development Manager/Officer to support fundraising across trusts, donors and partnerships. Working closely with the Development Director, you will help keep the funding pipeline well organised and ensure professional donor communications.

The role focuses on research, reporting, and stewardship, with opportunities to expand skills across fundraising administration and donor relations through to 2028.

Responsibilities

• Trusts and foundations: manage the application and reporting pipeline, research funders, draft proposals and reports, meet grant conditions and deadlines.
• Prospect research and fundraising systems: research supporters and maintain fundraising records in Spektrix Opportunities to support segmentation.
• Donor communications and stewardship: draft donor communications and renewals, and ensure proper acknowledgement of gifts.
• Partnerships: support Development Director in coordinating partnerships, sponsorship opportunities and audience engagement.
• Events and VIPs: help plan and deliver receptions and cultivation events.
