The Open University is seeking a dedicated professional to support the People Services Organisation Development and Effectiveness Team. You will coordinate OD&E initiatives and ensure effective delivery of development projects, contributing to the learning environment of the University. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for engaging with various stakeholders and supporting organisational objectives.
About the role
As part of the People Services Organisation Development and Effectiveness (OD&E) Team, the postholder will play a critical role in supporting and coordinating OD&E strategies and initiatives to support organisational development and learning within the OU.
Working in partnership with colleagues, you will help coordinate our OD&E programmes, projects and initiatives across the OU.
Whilst this role will formally report directly to either the HoD or HoCE you will be expected to provide support across OD&E as needed, working closely with a team of OD&E Partners, People Business Partners, and key stakeholders across the University.
