The Role

As a Development Chemist Team Leader, you will support the creation and testing of new water quality instrumentation products.

Working primarily in the laboratory, youll focus on advancing our sensor technologies, fine-tuning their accuracy and functionality to ensure exceptional reliability and performance in real-world conditions.

Alongside this, youll plan and execute in-depth testing procedures, evaluate complex data sets, and present clear, evidence-based insights that guide technical improvements and product enhancements.

Additionally, You Will
  • Procure materials and record stock quantities
  • Create risk assessments and follow COSHH regulations
  • Manage two reports
  • Join the Management Advisory Group
About You

To be considered as a Development Chemist, you will need:

  • Laboratory experience
  • An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • A good chemistry degree or equivalent qualification
