Job summary

Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited is seeking a Development Chef to join our Liverpool FC team. You will develop innovative menus in a dynamic kitchen, turning insights into new products for fans and guests.

Based in the central production kitchen at Anfield, you will collaborate with the Executive Head Chef and Retail Catering team, crafting recipes and showcasing concepts through tastings. This full-time role offers training, growth opportunities and a supportive club culture.

Qualifications

Proven current experience as a professional chef in a busy environment.
Ability to create and deliver innovative recipes across categories.
Knowledge of culinary techniques, flavours and trends.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative menu ideas, food concepts and product ranges.
Research culinary trends and translate insights into new ideas.
Present findings, run tastings and deliver product showcases.
Create new concepts to support the club’s catering offer.
Write clear recipes for cross-team implementation.
Work with Executive Head Chef and Retail Catering team.
Ensure alignment with club goals and operational needs.
Support menu development for matchdays and retail products.
Assist recruitment and conduct annual performance reviews.
Collaborate with hospitality and events teams to deliver great customer experience.
