Job summary
Liverpool FC in Liverpool is seeking a Development Chef to join our Anfield Stadium team. You will develop innovative menu ideas, write clear recipes and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality food across catering, retail and matchday events.
This full-time, permanent role is 35 hours per week with a base at Anfield. You will lead the kitchen brigade, conduct tastings, stay current with food safety requirements, and help drive budgeted sales while inspiring colleagues to
Qualifications
- Proven current experience as a professional chef in a busy stadium or sports environment.
- Ability to create and deliver high-quality, innovative recipes across food categories.
- Up-to-date knowledge of food safety legislation, including allergen requirements and Natasha’s Law.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative menu ideas, food concepts and product ranges.
- Research culinary trends and translate insights into new menu ideas.
- Present findings, run tastings and deliver product showcases for stakeholders.
- Write clear recipes to be followed across teams and categories.
- Lead kitchen team and recruit staff to meet standards.
- Support menu development for matchdays, catering and retail products.
