About our Client

The group owns 16 properties across the country, classified as either Country or Coastal. They have recently acquired 2 more golf resort hotels and plan to expand further, as they are the leading provider of adults all-inclusive holidays.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Development Chef to join our team at our development hub located in the grounds of one of our hotels in the Cotswolds.

The Development Chef will showcase culinary expertise and help shape menu offerings across multiple brands within the company's estate. You will collaborate with the development team to create innovative dishes that enhance our guests' dining experience.

Ideal candidates will have experience in menu development, project management from concept to implementation, and training kitchen teams across multiple hotels.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to meet deadlines are essential.

Opportunities
