You'll be part of a leading Housing and Regeneration development team in the UK, boasting extensive experience in handling intricate real estate projects for Registered Providers and housebuilders.

The team is a leader in this practice working on an exciting and diverse caseload encompassing; freehold and leasehold acquisitions, options, development agreements, disposals, lease management instructions, asset management, and securitisation.

Requirements:

• You will be a Development Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE
