Job Description:

We are seeking a creative Development and Calibration Engineer to join our Testing and Simulation Team. The role involves powertrain system thermo-fluids modeling and performance analysis to develop a competitive product that offers a performance advantage.

  • Responsibility for powertrain calibration at the test bench and, if required, on the race track.
  • Define test procedures for new powertrain components, software, or hardware, and oversee their implementation.
  • Optimize engine calibration and strategies to ensure maximum performance and reliability.

  • Evaluate and analyze concepts independently while collaborating with the team.
  • Engage with the development of end products through high interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus or willingness to learn.
